Frank and Kathy grew up in rural Kansas where both trusted Christ early in life. They met later at a Christian high school in Oklahoma, but started dating each other later in Bible college. They both were already committed to serving the Lord in missions full time when they married. They gained some valuable experience and also became acquainted with Tri-City Baptist while Frank served the next two years as associate pastor of New Hope Baptist Church. The Lord led them to Italy in a church planting ministry. Most Italians are Catholic in culture, though often without a true understanding of the Gospel. The Kings are ministering in the Venice Province in the northeastern Venetian Region, one of the most unreached sectors of Italy.

 Daniel was saved in a summer revival at the church in New Mexico where his dad pastored. Believing the Lord was calling him to missions, he began to prepare at Oklahoma Baptist College. He served as associate Pastor at Maranatha Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and also worked in the Windsor Hills Spanish Church department. He wasn’t sure of God’s choice field of service until after two months of sincere prayer, he promised the Lord to go wherever God wanted him to go. God made it plain that His plan was the former Soviet Union.
     Judith was saved here at Tri-City Baptist Church following an automobile accident. Considering the Lord’s call to missions in her life, she started classes at Calvary Bible College in Kansas City. She furthered her training by working with the Navajos in New Mexico while taking Bible college classes there. The Lord led her to Oklahoma Baptist College where she met and married Daniel.
