Tigran (Tiko) was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia, where at the age 22 he was saved in the local Baptist church. Soon afterward he moved to Moscow where he met Lena in a recently founded church. Lena was born in Moscow, Russia, where she also was saved at the age 19. After being married for 1 1/2 years, Tiko and Lena moved to the US for training and preparation for missionary service. While in the United States, the Lord blessed them with three children: Michael, John and Christina. The Agamalians left the US for the field in November of 2005, but due to visa delay were finally able to arrive to Lithuania in March of 2006.

    Their first ministry was in Vilnius Baptist Church, Vilnius, Lithuania, serving with Missionary Derek Thomas. In July 2008, they moved to Ukmerge, Lithuania, to help in church planting efforts in that town. The Lord did a great work in that small town, bringing in several young people.
     In the spring of 2011, the Lord moved the Agamalians to Moscow, Russia, to minister. They desire to win their own countrymen to the Lord and plant a church in that large city.
